Baby massage gives you a way to spend special time with your baby and can also help with sleep, digestion and relaxation.

Classes are suitable from birth to crawling.

Nursery rhymes, fun and movement for
you and your baby. The classes are an excellent follow on to Baby Massage as they include ideas for enjoying elements of massage with older babies and young toddlers.

Classes include time for relaxation and are suitable for babies from 8 weeks to 1 year.

We offer classes at your own venue, one-to-one sessions and antenatal sessions to prepare you to massage your newborn.

Gymtots, next to Scotmid, South Queensferry, with easy parking.
